We Cater for them, Who will for us.

A few years we started New Dawn Home for the Special Need, Ejioku, Lalupon, Ibadan, Nigeria. We thrive this far and we checked our path to see It has been moments.

Days we smile when a kind heart drop us her token into our pulse. Sunny mornings when nothing makes our breakfast. Famish nights when we pray tomorrow will be better. Dining table we had several meals without meat. Fish-less dishes, and dry breads.

Those moments make our memories, some of which hurts. And still bore us when they still merry-go-round seeming like some endless trip of pains.

We pick these kids from the slum to feed them, but not with crumbs. We want to cloth them, never with rags.

We hope better life for them. That’s our mission. It is why we exist. It is what we promised. It is a goal we seek to score.

But then…

We do not see the future because our touches are dim. We assume all can see it clear, the way we dream.

Our big dream of helping the dying children, the hungry infant, the less privilege, the motherless, the ones that wear rags, and, especially, the disabled that has lost hope.

Few have seen our heart, and its worries. Of which, we duly appreciate the SUBEB grant that help us build a three-classrooms lock in 2014.

We also hold high gratitude for the wonderful church of God, Seventh-Day Adventist.
The supports you shown us has been threshold of our survival. You had supported and love us. We appreciate and say thank you.

We can’t be an ingrate to forget the sleepless giving hands of Elder Akintola George, the Care People Foundations, Jubilee Foundation, AWN Airport District and the host of unmentioned others.

We say you are great. We thank you all for your support. May the Lord replenish you in bountiful ways.

Yet…

Our burdens are far from gone.

Our eyes burn when we see still our children in tethered clothes we hope to help them unveil.

Our hearts bleed when all we could proffer are bread soak in water. We cry, worry, and feel baffled when our staffs gnash of endless tasks. Not because we hire the uncommitted, in fact, they all love to see the kids happy as you do, but the tasks are just overwhelming for them.

We suffer of modern toilet. We cry for clean water.

We need reliable electricity. We need buses for smoother transportation.

Our children will rejoice to see a rolling castle, Jangling Over, or any of the playing ground toys. You can sponsor one.

Know that a home that crave to deliver, our needs are bound to endless. No one person can solve it all.

What we want an end to all these nightmare and terror.

We don’t want to lift their corpses when they are slaughter by the bloodcurdling mosquitoes, unstandardized toilets, or unclean waters.

But we believe when courage, genius, and generosity hold hands, all things are possible.

We need you to be our hero; the man on our prayer list. The woman we wake up to bless with our hearts and souls.

We solicit for your support.

The greatest use of a life is to spend it on something that will outlast it. –William James

We call you to our aid. We need your help. A dollar from you bring endless smile to the mouth of ten.

Gloria Steinem once said, “it is more rewarding to watch money change the world than to watch it accumulate”.  You too can change the world.
We call you to do just that. Change the world. Give a child a future.

Your token save more orphan, bridges a wide gap and light happiness in many.
Donate for us today to make a difference.

It’s not just our slogan, we deeply believe and live by it. Because a penny to us is a huge difference to many lives.

It’s being our hero. It’s empowering lives. It’s changing a future.
